I stayed overnight at the Medina, my first visit and I was struck by the warm and friendly greeting and the sincere offer to take care of anything I may need assistance with whilst I was there. The hotel itself is in an excellent position, very central, you can walk anywhere for work, shopping and nightlife. The lobby and public areas are modern and inviting, as is the bar and restaurant which is at street level and seems to have it's own identity, the food and service was excellent, I missed out trying a couple of things on the menu that I will definitely look forward to next time I am there! My one bedroom apartment was just like their advertisements say, spacious and stylish. It really was a huge apartment for one person, perfect to do some work, make a cup of tea in my own kitchen and sit down and watch television in the lounge, not on the bed as is usually the case, although I could have, with two TV's in the apartment. It would be easy to hold a meeting or interviews here, just close the bedroom door and you can order up coffee's from room service (the cafe makes great coffee!). WiFi was quite affordable and reliable. The Hotel has a good gym and a small pool together with 5 meeting and conference rooms. I feel confident to recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.
