We guarantee we won't be beaten on any airfare
When it comes to airfares, we are so sure we will not be beaten on price that if you find a cheaper available airfare quote and we don't beat it, we will fly you to your destination for free.
How can I Fly Free?
As long as the same airfare is available, Corporate Traveller will BEAT any genuine written airfare quote by $1.
Step 1: Bring us a written quote prior to booking
Your quote must be in writing and must relate to standard airfares available to the general public. Your genuine written quote must be presented to us with your price beat request prior to booking. Travel must originate in/depart from Australia.
You can provide written airfare quotes from:
- Other Australian travel agencies
- Airlines; and
- Australian-registered businesses and websites
Step 2: Confirmation that the quote is genuine and available
Your Travel Manager will need to confirm that the quote is genuine, available and able to be booked by the general public at the time of booking. If it is, we will BEAT it by $1.
You will be required to book your flight when we beat your quote, pay a deposit or in full and normal change and cancellation conditions will apply.
If the same quoted product is not available, we will endeavour to find you the best available alternative that suits your requirements.
** Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity, subscription to a closed group or exclusive arrangements with suppliers are excluded.
** The fare comparison excludes payment processing fees and also excludes service fees applied in accordance with the terms of your service contract.
If we are required to beat your airfare quote and we don't then you Fly Free!
Your Travel Manager will do everything they can to beat the airfare you have been quoted. If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat that price by $1. If the qualifying criteria are met and your Travel Manager does not beat your quoted price you will receive your flight free of charge.
You must make your free flight claim prior to flying or within 7 days of your quote not being beaten (whichever occurs first). The free flight will be booked and paid for by us and will be identical to the one you have asked us to price beat. We do not reimburse customers for flights they have purchased elsewhere, nor do we provide them with cash or vouchers to the value of the flight we were asked to price beat.
