Q What fares will Corporate Traveller price beat?
A. Our price beat promise applies to airfares that originate in/depart from Australia. Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity, subscription to a closed group or exclusive arrangements with suppliers are excluded. The fare comparison excludes payment processing fees and also excludes service fees applied in accordance with the terms of your service contract.
Q. Who will Corporate Traveller accept airfare quotes from?
A. Other Australian travel agencies, airlines and Australian registered businesses and websites.
Q. What does available mean?
A. The airfare must be available and able to be booked by the general public at the time of booking. Available means that the identical airfare you have received a quote for is currently saleable and able to be booked in the same booking class, for the same number of passengers, on the same date and at the same time. Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity,subscription to a closed user group or exclusive arrangements with suppliers are excluded.
Q. What if I want to travel on a different date than on my original quote?
A. The price beat applies only for travel on the same dates and flights.
Q. When can I ask Corporate Traveller to price beat?
A. Your airfare quote must be in writing and must be presented to us with your price beat request prior to booking. It does not apply to written quotes presented after booking.
Q. What if I want to use this price for my colleagues to book?
A. The quote must reflect the number of passengers looking to book as per the quote. Of course, if we can book everyone at the same low price we'll do so.
Q. Will Corporate Traveller beat quotes from foreign websites or for travel that originates outside Australia.
A. No.
Q. What happens if Corporate Traveller beats the price I have been quoted?
A. If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat your airfare quote by $1.
Q. What happens if I have already booked and then find a cheaper price for the same flight but I have not paid in full?
A. Corporate Traveller will only price beat where your quote is presented to us prior to booking. Of course, your Travel Manager will be happy to rebook on the cheaper fare if it is available at the time you are travelling. Cancellation or change fees may apply to your original booking.
Q. What happens if I have already booked and paid in full and then find a cheaper price for the same flight?
A. Corporate Traveller will only price beat where your quote is presented to us prior to booking. Of course, your Travel Manager will be happy to rebook on the cheaper fare if it is available at the time you are travelling. Cancellation or change fees may apply to your original booking.
Q. What if my Travel Manager is unable to beat the airfare I have been quoted?
A. If we are required to beat your airfare quote and we don't then you Fly for Free. Your Travel Manager will do everything they can to beat the airfare you have been quoted. If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat that price by $1. If the qualifying criteria are met and your Travel Manager does not beat your quoted price you will receive your flight free of charge. Q. How do I get my free flight if Corporate Traveller is required to beat my airfare quote and doesn't?
A. If the qualifying criteria are met and your consultant does not beat your quoted price you will receive your flight free of charge. If this applies to you, or if you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact the relevant State Manager as follows:

Q. When can I use my free flight?
A. The free flight applies to the booking that Corporate Traveller is required to beat.
Q. Who books and pays for the free flight?
A. We will book and pay for your free flight.
Q. Can I be reimbursed for a flight I have booked?
A. No. We do not reimburse you for flights you have purchased elsewhere, nor do we provide you with cash or vouchers to the value of the flight we were asked to price beat.
Q. When do I need to claim my free flight?
A. You must make your free flight claim prior to flying or within 7 days of your quote not being beaten (whichever occurs first).
