* Conditions of Entry

  1. Information about the Promotion and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant.
  2. The promoter is Australian OpCo Pty Ltd t/a Corporate Traveller, ABN 20 003 279 534 of Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane Queensland 4101 ("Promoter").
  3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrants/Companies").
  4. Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited Australian OpCo Py Ltd t/a Corporate Traveller, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, franchisees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

Duration of Promotion Period

  1. The promotion will commence at 8:30am on Saturday 1 February 2020 and will continue until 5:30pm  AEST on Sunday 31 May 2020 ("Promotion Period").

How to receive credit

  1. Eligible companies will receive up to $1000* travel credit based on following criteria:

 

    1. Not be a current customer of Corporate Traveller
    2. Persons must go to https://www.corporatetraveller.com.au/travel-spend-offer and enquire about becoming a Corporate Traveller customer
    3. Become a Corporate Traveller customer between 1 February 2020 and 31 May 2020
    4. Book qualifying business travel from 1 February to 31 May 2020
    5. $100 credit will be issued for every $1000 of business travel booked and paid for with Corporate Traveller before 31 May 2020. For example, new clients who book and pay for $1990 worth of flights will receive $100 credit, while $2100 worth of flights will receive $200 credit. This offer is not a 10% rebate. Credit value will be calculated on the total dollar amount booked, paid before 30 May 2020, inclusive of taxes, charges and other government levies. A maximum of $1000 credit will be issued to a single customer organisation during the promotion period which translates to a $10,000 spend on business travel.

Travel Credit Details

  1. Travel credit to only be used through a Corporate Traveller Travel Manager.
  2. Credit issued can be used for any future business travel booked with Corporate Traveller.
  3. Travel credit is valid for redemption until 31 December 2020
  4. Eligible companies must take the travel credit as offered. The travel credit is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.  The travel credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  5. The travel credit is subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of The Promoter. 
  6. Any passes, tickets or vouchers issued as part of the promotion are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use and any tickets or passes are only valid for the use within the standard duration on the passes or tickets issues or the duration of the chosen promotion, whichever is earlier.
  7. Eligible companies will be deemed to be accepted at the time of the promotion selection
  8. Eligible Companies who receive travel credit will be considered final by the Promoters.
  9. Any costs associated with accessing the promotion are the responsibility of each eligible company and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
  10. If the eligible company does not accept the travel credit, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the eligible company with a substitute offer. Eligible company will be notified via email when travel credit is ready for use.
  11. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the promotion.

General

  1. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this promotion and to contact eligible companies.  Entrants agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available at: (https://www.corporatetraveller.com.au/privacy/).  Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes.  If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible for this promotion.
  2. Companies who receive the travel credit consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence, image and social media name or handle for promotional and marketing purposes. The personal information of the companies receiving the travel credit may be provided to others assisting, including suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this promotion.
  3. All entrants who submit any entry to the Promoter: (a) grant the Promoter and its licensees and assignees a non-exclusive license to exercise all rights in perpetuity throughout the world in the entry material and all other material provided by the entrant to the Promoter pursuant to this promotion at any time; and (b) represent and warrant that the exercise of the rights granted to the Promoter in these terms and conditions will not infringe the rights of any third parties; and (c) indemnify the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
    • inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
    • purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
    • any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
    • the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
    • unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
    • electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the travel credit;
    • any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
  5. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the promotion or use of the travel credit, except to the extent directly caused by the Promoter's negligence. If requested by The Promoter, the eligible companies, and his or her guests, must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the travel credit being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities may result in the entitlement to the travel credit being forfeited and the selection of another eligible company.
  6. This above conditions do not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the travel credit supplied again.
  7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any social media channel.
