Team meetings are a great opportunity to tell staff about the TravelSMART products. You could talk through some of the benefits or show them this great video that introduces the suite of products.

Email Frequent Travelling Employees

You could send an email out to your employees that travel frequently. Include the key benefits of each TravelSMART product outlined above. Make sure you have a snappy subject line though, it will need to grab their attention in a sea of emails. You might have more luck if the email is sent by senior management.

Webinar with your Travel Manager

If you’re looking for more of a presentation and Q&A style approach, talk to your Travel Manager about setting up a webinar for staff to attend and ask questions.

Printed Brochures in the Lunchroom

We all like to read when we’re munching on our toasted sandwich or sushi lunch. Whether it’s on our phones, a magazine, or even the back of cereal boxes. Take advantage of this human trait and print out the TravelSMART brochures from your Travel Manager and leave them around the lunchroom for employees to access easily.


Is there somewhere on your intranet that you could add interesting facts or ‘did you know’ type questions? You could include these and change them weekly, or simply add the TravelSMART video with details on how employees can find out more info internally. Ask your dedicated Travel Manager for brochures you can upload to your Intranet on each TravelSMART product. You can link back to our website from your intranet site to ensure your employees can see up to date offers and competitions. Also, make sure you’re signed up to our eNews so you can tell your team about the latest offers.
