PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Promoter

    The promoter is Australian OpCo Pty Ltd (ABN 20 003 279 534) trading as Corporate Traveller Australia of 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane 4101 QLD, Australia (“Promoter”).

  • The Promotion

    Refer someone you know to Corporate Traveller and when they come onboard with an annual travel spend of AUD$150,000 or more, we will give you a Corporate Traveller Credit worth AUD$500 (Inc GST)  

  • Duration of Promotion Period

    The promotion will commence at 9am AEST on Thursday 1 May 2025 and will continue until 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 31 December 2025 ("Promotion Period") unless the Promoter gives notice in writing that the promotion will end sooner. 

  • Conditions of Offer
    1. Offer is open to existing trading customers of the Promoter’s Corporate Traveller brand (“Eligible Customers”). 
       
    2. Eligible Customers will be entitled to a Corporate Traveller Business Travel credit to the value of AUD$500 (inc GST) (the “CT Referral Bonus”) where the following criteria are met (the “Qualifying Criteria”): 
       
      1. Refer new business to Corporate Traveller – if you know a business that could benefit from partnering with us, let us know and we’ll reach out to them directly. 
         
      2. The referred customer must sign an agreed upon Schedule of Fees with Corporate Traveller and be onboarded with Corporate Traveller. 
         
      3. If the referred customer’s Total Closed Won TTV in Salesforce is AUD$150,000 or more, we will provide your business with the CT Referral Bonus, being a Corporate Traveller Business Travel credit to the value of AUD$500 (inc GST). 
         
      4. If the referred customer is determined as eligible to work with CT based on their travel requirements and confirms their partnership via our Service Agreement, your business will receive the CT Referral Bonus 
         
      5. Eligible Customer can provide as many referrals as they like. 

  • When and how will I receive the CT Referral Bonus?
    1. Eligible Customers who meet the Qualifying Criteria will receive the CT Referral Bonus in the form of a Corporate Traveller Business Travel Credit to the value of AUD$500 (inc GST)
       
    2. The CT Referral Bonus will be issued after the referred customer’s first day of trading with Corporate Traveller.
       
    3. The CT Referral Bonus will be issued within 45 days of the businesses first day of trading with Corporate Traveller.  
       

  • Corporate Traveller Business Credit Details
    1. The following terms and conditions apply to travel credit:
       
    2. Eligible Customers receiving the Corporate Traveller Business Travel Credit will be issued with travel credit to the value of AUD$500 (inc GST) to be used with Corporate Traveller Australia.  
       
    3. Travel credit can be used for any future business travel booked with Corporate Traveller within 12 months from the date of issue, inclusive of travel fares and any associated Corporate Traveller fees. 
       
    4. Eligible Customers must take the travel credit as offered. The travel credit is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.  The travel credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
       
    5. If a payment is required in addition to the travel credit redemption, merchant fees may apply depending on your chosen payment method. See Corporate Traveller’s Booking Terms and Conditions for full details.

  • General
    1. Eligible Customers agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available at https://www.corporatetraveller.com.au/privacy.  Eligible Customers agree that the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes.  If an Eligible Customer does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to receive the CT Referral Bonus. 
       
    2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: 
       
      1. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
         
      2. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software; 
         
      3. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; 
         
      4. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the promotion; or 
         
      5. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion.
