Every account can nominate up to three Priority Travellers, based on your Customer Success Program tier. Every premium economy, business or first class booking also receives priority treatment automatically, with no nomination needed. 

No. Priority Traveller is included as standard for eligible accounts and bookings. It's not a paid add-on. 

Priority Travellers go straight to the front of the queue if a flight is cancelled or disrupted. Proactive disruption management flags and resolves issues before they reach the traveller wherever possible.  

When something does go wrong, response SLAs and prioritised 24/7 VIP support mean requests get sorted fast, ahead of the general queue.
