    World360 Rewards for Business Payments lets Australian business owners earn points on every eligible dollar spent paying business bills. Pay supplier invoices, payroll, and tax through the platform, then transfer your points to your World360 Rewards account. Points must be transferred manually each time via the Transfer Points page in the platform. 

    You redeem points on flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and experiences through Flight Centre, Travel Associates, Cruiseabout, and the World360 Rewards Store. Your Corporate Traveller account and the way you book stay exactly the same. 

  • Who can join World360 Rewards for Business?   

    Business owners with an active Corporate Traveller or Flight Centre Business Travel account can join World360 Rewards for Business. You need a World360 Rewards membership too. The program is built for owners of privately held Australian businesses. 

    Joining World360 Rewards is free at world360rewards.com, so sort that first if you're not a member yet. 

  • Is there a lock-in contract to join World360 Rewards for Business? 

    No. World360 Rewards for Business has no lock-in contracts. Registration is straightforward, and you can use the program however it suits your business. 

  • How can I earn reward points on business expenses? 

    You can earn points on business expenses by paying eligible bills through World360 Rewards for Business. Every eligible payment, such as a supplier invoice, payroll run, or ATO payment, earns points. Your earn rate depends on your membership tier, ranging from 0.5 to 2 points per eligible dollar. 

    Here's how to get started: 

    1. Join World360 Rewards for free, then register for World360 Rewards for Business 

    2. Choose your membership tier: Platinum, Diamond, or Black 

    3. Pay eligible business bills through the platform 

    4. Transfer your points to World360 Rewards and book the trip 

    5. If you pay by credit card, you can earn card points too, depending on your card's rewards terms. 

  • Which payments earn points on World360 Rewards? 

    You can pay a wide range of eligible business bills through World360 Rewards for Business. Each eligible payment earns points at your tier's rate. Some payment types are blocked, including cryptocurrency payments. Eligibility criteria apply, and the full detail sits in the program terms.

    • Finance payments
    • Australian Taxation Office (ATO) payments

  • Is there a limit on points I can earn? 

    No. Your points-earning potential with World360 Rewards for Business is uncapped. Every eligible dollar you pay through the platform earns points at your tier's rate, no matter how much your business spends.  

    A big quarterly tax bill earns points the same way your regular monthly payroll does. 

  • Are my payments and data secure with World360 Rewards for Business? 

    Yes. Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption protects your personal and financial data whenever it's sent, and it stays encrypted while stored. Access to your data is limited to the people who need it, under industry best-practice security controls.

    World360 Rewards for Business is free to join, with no lock-in contracts. You pay a Program Fee on each transaction, based on your membership tier. Higher tiers carry a higher fee and earn more points per eligible dollar. Platform Fees can apply on top, depending on your payment method and platform usage. 

    • Black – 2 points per eligible dollar: 3.2% + GST
    • Diamond – 1 point per eligible dollar: 1.65% + GST
    • Platinum – 0.5 points per eligible dollar: 0.85% + GST
