Priority Traveller is designed for two groups: senior executives and leaders with complex or high-value travel, and the executive assistants who book and manage that travel on their behalf. It also suits frequent long-haul travellers whose itineraries have multiple points where things can go wrong. 

Priority Traveller takes a systemised approach that connects everything a senior executive needs across their whole travel experience.   

Rather than a handful of separate extras, it's one joined-up program: deeper traveller profiles, a second set of eyes on every booking, faster response times, and access to preferred suppliers and hotel relationships, all working together around your most important people. 

Every account can nominate up to three Priority Travellers, based on your Customer Success Program tier. Every premium economy, business or first class booking also receives priority treatment automatically, with no nomination needed. 

No. Priority Traveller is included as standard for eligible accounts and bookings. It's not a paid add-on. 

Priority Travellers go straight to the front of the queue if a flight is cancelled or disrupted. Proactive disruption management flags and resolves issues before they reach the traveller wherever possible.  

When something does go wrong, response SLAs and prioritised 24/7 VIP support mean requests get sorted fast, ahead of the general queue.
