The Promoter 

  • The promoter is Australian OpCo Pty Ltd t/a Corporate Traveller, ABN 20 003 279 534 of Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane Queensland 4101 ("Promoter").

The Promotion

  • Complete onboarding and sign an agreed upon schedule of fees with the Promoter’s Corporate Traveller brand before 16 October 2026 and receive a credit of up to $1000 on eligible business travel bookings made through Corporate Traveller (“Offer”).
  • Information about the Offer and how to redeem forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Redemption of Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions by each entrant.

Duration of Promotion Period

  • The promotion will commence 12:00am on 24  August 2026 and will continue until 11:59pm on 16 October 2026 ("Promotion Period"), unless the Promoter gives notice in writing that the promotion will end sooner.

Conditions of Offer – How to receive the credit of “up to $1000”  

  • Offer is open to Australian companies, or Australian residents aged over 18 years old applying on behalf of an Australian company, who join Corporate Traveller as a CT.Go, CTGO+ or Savi Customer by signing an agreed upon schedule of fees and completing the onboarding process during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Entrants").
  • New Corporate Traveller customers only, the Offer cannot be applied for a current customer of Corporate Traveller. Previous customers who are rejoining Corporate Traveller are eligible.
  • Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited and Australian OpCo Pty Ltd t/a Corporate Traveller, their related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, franchisees and their immediate families are not permitted to receive the Offer.
  • Eligible Entrants will be entitled to receive the credit of up to $1000 on eligible business travel bookings made through Corporate Traveller, provided that:
  • The credit is calculated based on the total value of Eligible Bookings made and the stays completed by the Eligible Entrant through Corporate Traveller during the Eligible Entrant’s first three (3) months of active trading, capped at $1000. For example, if an Eligible Entrant spends and completes less than $1000 worth of Eligible Bookings during their first three (3) months of active trading, the credit provided will match their spend. If an Eligible Entrant spends and completes $1000 or more on Eligible Bookings in the first three (3) months of active trading, the credit provided will be $1000.
  • Eligible Entrants will be deemed to be accepted at the time of the promotion selection.

How the credit is applied

  • The credit will be issued as a gift card in month four (4) of active trading with Corporate Traveller, following completion of three (3) full months of trading activity. The first day of trading is the first day of transaction with Corporate Traveller.
  • The credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, redeemed, refunded or exchanged for any other benefit.
  • If the Eligible Entrant does not wish to accept the credit, Corporate Traveller is not obliged to provide a substitute.
  • The credit will be supplied as a Flight Centre Travel Group gift card, allocated to the business account. The gift card will have an expiration date of 3 years from the date of issue. If a payment is required in addition to the gift card redemption, merchant fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method. General

  • The personal information of persons enquiring about the promotion will be collected to enable Corporate Traveller to answer the enquiry and administer the Offer. Entrants agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available at https://www.corporatetraveller.com.au/en-au/privacy.
  • The personal information of Eligible Entrants receiving the credit may be provided to other third parties assisting the promotion, including suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities.
  • These above conditions do not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the travel credit supplied again.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any social media channel.
  • Any costs associated with accessing the promotion are the responsibility of each Eligible Entrant and depend on the Internet Service Provider used.
  • Determination of whether or not an entrant is eligible to receive the Offer will remain at the discretion of the Promoter, and their decision will be final and binding.
  • Corporate Traveller reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time without notice.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
    • inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
    • any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
    • the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
    • unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; or
    • electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition.
