Terms and Conditions

The Promoter

The promoter is Australian OpCo Pty Ltd (ABN 20 003 279 534) trading as Corporate Traveller Australia of 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane 4101 QLD, Australia (“Promoter”). 

The Promotion
Book an Eligible Flight with Virgin Australia through Corporate Traveller before 31 December 2025 and travel before 31 January 2026 to go in the draw for 10 chances to win 100,000 Virgin Velocity Frequent Flyer points (“Promotion”).  

There are ten (10) chances to win, meaning ten (10) Eligible Entrants who meet the Qualifying Criteria will win 100,000 Virgin Velocity Frequent Flyer points (“Prizes”). 

Conditions of Entry  
The Promotion is open to current customers   of the Promoter’s Corporate Traveller brand who are residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the Promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions (“Eligible Entrant”).

The competition is open to customers of Corporate Traveller. As long as at the time of booking the customer is a trading customer of Corporate Traveller, they are eligible. 

Current Corporate Traveller customers only, the Promotion is not open to new customers of Corporate Traveller, or previous customers who are rejoining Corporate Traveller.   

Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited and Australian OpCo Pty Ltd t/a Corporate Traveller, their related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, franchisees and their immediate families are not permitted to receive the Offer.

Eligible Entrants will qualify for the Promotion where the following criteria are met (the “Qualifying Criteria”):

There are ten (10) chances to win, meaning ten (10) Eligible Entrants will win 100,000 Velocity Frequent Flyer points (“Prize”).

Duration of Promotion Period
The promotion will commence at 9am AEST on Thursday 27 November 2025 and will continue until 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 31 January 2026 ("Promotion Period") unless the Promoter gives notice in writing that the promotion will end sooner.

How to Enter 
Eligible Entrants who meet the Qualifying Criteria will go in the draw for the Promotion. 

  • Be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member
  • Activate the offer using the form
    • Just fill in your details so we can link your entries to your Velocity Frequent Flyer number
  • Book an eligible Virgin Australia flight with Corporate Traveller
    • Book by 31 December 2025
    • Every eligible flight booked during the offer period = another entry into the draw
  • Travel by 31 January 2026
    • Flights must be flown by the deadline to count as an entry

When and how will the winners be decided?
There will be 10 prize winners (“Prize Winners”).

The Promotion is a game of chance, the Promoter will pick the Prize Winners at random. 

The Prize Winners will be drawn by a person elected by the Promoter and will take place by Friday 13 February 2026.

The Prize Winners will be notified in writing via email and via phone call (using the contact details for the Prize Winner in the Promoter’s records) within seven days of the Prize Winner being selected.  

The Prize Winner will have until 11:59pm AEST on Friday 13 Match 2026 to claim the Prize.

The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Prize draw.

The Promoter can accept no responsibility for entries delayed, misdirected or undelivered. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition. 

Prize Details 
The Prize Winners must be a member of Velocity Frequent Flyer

The Prize Winners must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.  

Use of the Prize is subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of the Promoter and Virgin Australia.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does consist of anything other than expressly set out in the conditions above. All fees and expenses related to delivery, acceptance, and use of the Prize are solely the responsibility of the Winner. 

The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute Prize.

The Prize is subject to additional terms and conditions  (including without limitation conditions of carriage and additional charges (as applicable)) of the Promoter and its suppliers and the Prize Winner shall enter into all necessary contracts and paperwork directly with the Promoter as by the Promoter shall require. The Prize Winner’s recourse shall be against the Promoter only, with respect to the terms and conditions and legal documentation stipulated in these conditions. 

If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated Prize to a Prize Winner (for reasons other than the Prize Winner and their guest(s) being unable and/or unavailable to use the Prize), the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value or greater value.

General
The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this promotion and to contact the Prize Winner (or, if applicable, the winner of an unclaimed Prize draw). Entrants agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available here. Eligible Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes. 

If an Eligible Entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible for the Promotion.

The personal information of Eligible Entrants who are eligible for the Promotion may be provided to other third parties assisting the promotion, including suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities.

Any personal information held by the Promoter and/or the Promoter in respect of any competition will be held on record for a reasonable period to fulfil the purpose for which such personal information was collected. If an entrant gives the Promoter permission to pass on their personal information to a third party then this shall no longer be the responsibility of the Promoter and shall be subject to the privacy policy of that third party.
 

All entrants who submit any entry to the Promoter: (a) grant the Promoter and its licensees and assignees a non-exclusive licence to exercise all rights in perpetuity throughout the world in the entry material and all other material provided by the entrant to the Promoter pursuant to this promotion at any time; and (b) represent and warrant that the exercise of the rights granted to the Promoter in these terms and conditions will not infringe the rights of any third parties; and (c) indemnify the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.

These above conditions do not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the travel credit supplied again.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any social media channel.

Any costs associated with accessing the promotion are the responsibility of each Eligible Entrant and depend on the internet service provider used.

Determination of whether or not a customer is eligible for the Promotion will remain at the discretion of the Promoter, and their decision will be final and binding.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend the Promotion at any time without notice. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Promotion and withhold the Prize in the event that, in the Promoter's opinion, improper conduct by an entrant (or any number of them) has rendered the competition unfair to all entrants. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any Prize Winner. 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

  • inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
  • purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
  • any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
  • the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
  • unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
  • electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
  • any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss arising in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a Prize Winner; or
  • any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the entrant’s or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the promotion or use of the Prize, except to the extent directly caused by the Promoter's negligence. If requested by the Promoter, the Prize Winner(s), and his or her guests, must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a Prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities may result in the entitlement to the Prize being forfeited and the selection of another Prize Winner.
