Terms and Conditions

Corporate Traveller July Carry-On Promotion – make a qualifying flight booking through Corporate Traveller and receive a complimentary July carry-on suitcase.

The Promoter

The promoter is Australian OpCo Pty Ltd (ABN 20 003 279 534) trading as Corporate Traveller Australia of 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane 4101 QLD, Australia ("Promoter").

The Promotion
Book an eligible flight with Virgin Australia through Corporate Traveller between 12:38pm AEST Tuesday 23 June 2026 and 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 30 June 2026, with travel completed by 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026, and the first 100 eligible entrants will receive one complimentary July carry-on suitcase ("Promotion").

Conditions of Entry
The Promotion is open to current customers of Corporate Traveller who are Virgin Velocity Frequent Flyer members, and residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the Promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrant").

Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited and Australian OpCo Pty Ltd t/a Corporate Traveller, their related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, franchisees and their immediate families are not permitted to participate in or receive the benefit of the Promotion.

Duration of Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence at 12:38pm AEST on Tuesday 23 June 2026 and will continue until 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 30 June 2026 ("Promotion Period"), or until 100 eligible bookings have been confirmed, whichever occurs first, unless the Promoter gives notice in writing that the Promotion will end sooner.

Conditions of Entry

The Promotion is open to current customers of Corporate Traveller who are Australian Companies or Australian residents aged over 18 years old applying on behalf of an Australian company, who enter the Promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions (“Eligible Entrant”).

Current Corporate Traveller customers only, the Promotion is not open to new customers of Corporate Traveller, or previous customers who are rejoining Corporate Traveller.

Eligible Entrants will qualify for the Promotion where the following criteria are met (“Qualifying Criteria”):

be a Virgin Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Not a member? Join for free at www.velocityfrequentflyer.com;
activate the double Status Credit offer with Virgin Australia (https://www.corporatetraveller.com.au/en-au/partnerships/airlines/velocity-offer)
book an eligible Virgin Australia flight with Corporate Traveller (via the online booking tool or through your dedicated travel manager) by 30 June 2026. An eligible flight is a Domestic, Trans-Tasman or International Short Haul flight marketed and operated by Virgin Australia flown during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Flight”).
ensure travel is completed by 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026.

Bookings that are cancelled, modified or refunded after confirmation will not be considered an Eligible Flight, except where changes are made by Virgin Australia which are outside the control of the Eligible Entrant.

Conditions of Offer

The Promotion is limited to the first 100 Eligible Flight bookings made during the Promotion Period by Eligible Entrants who meet the Qualifying Criteria. Once 100 Eligible Flight bookings have been confirmed, the Promotion will close regardless of the remaining Promotion Period.

The first 100 Eligible Entrants to meet the Qualifying Criteria during the Promotion Period will each receive one July carry-on suitcase ("Prize").

The Promotion is limited to one Prize per individual traveller, regardless of the number of Eligible Flight bookings they make during the Promotion Period. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, an individual traveller is identified by their Virgin Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number.

Where Corporate Traveller identifies that an individual traveller has sought to claim more than one Prize, whether through multiple bookings or otherwise, only the first confirmed Eligible Flight booking will be recognised, and all subsequent claims will be void.

Corporate Traveller will notify participants via its website and, where practicable, via direct communication when the 100-unit cap has been reached.

Prize Details

The Prize is one July carry-on suitcase per Eligible Entrant, valued at approximately AUD $295.

The Prize must be taken as offered. The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated Prize to a Prize Recipient, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than expressly set out in the conditions above. All fees and expenses related to delivery, acceptance, and use of the Prize are solely the responsibility of the Prize Recipient.

If the Prize Recipient does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Recipient with a substitute Prize.

The Prize Recipient’s recourse shall be against the Promoter only, with respect to the terms and conditions and legal documentation stipulated in these conditions.

Prize Delivery

There will be 100 prize recipients (“Prize Recipients”)

The Prize will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Prize Recipient. Corporate Traveller will contact Prize Recipients via email promptly following confirmation of their Eligible Flight booking to obtain their delivery address. Delivery will be completed within 30 days of the Prize Recipient's delivery address being confirmed.

Prize Recipients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Corporate Traveller takes no responsibility for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by Prize Recipients.

If a Prize Recipient fails to provide a valid delivery address within 14 days of being contacted by Corporate Traveller, the Prize Recipients will forfeit their entitlement to the Prize and Corporate Traveller reserves the right to allocate the Prize to the next eligible participant.

Tax

Any tax liability arising from participation in this Promotion or receipt of a Prize, including but not limited to income tax and fringe benefits tax, is the sole responsibility of the participant and, where applicable, their employer. Participants and their employers are encouraged to seek independent tax advice regarding their specific circumstances.

The recommended retail price of the Prize is AUD $295. Corporate Traveller makes no representation as to the tax treatment of the Prize and accepts no liability in connection with any tax obligations arising from participation in this Promotion.

General

The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion and to contact eligible recipients regarding Prize delivery. Entrants agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at https://www.corporatetraveller.com.au/en-au/privacy. Eligible Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes.

If an Eligible Entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible for the Promotion.

The personal information of Eligible Entrants who are eligible for the Promotion may be provided to third parties assisting the Promotion, including suppliers and delivery partners, and to regulatory authorities.

Any personal information held by the Promoter in respect of any competition will be held on record for a reasonable period to fulfil the purpose for which such personal information was collected. If an entrant gives the Promoter permission to pass on their personal information to a third party then this shall no longer be the responsibility of the Promoter and shall be subject to the privacy policy of that third party.

These above conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servants or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the replacement or re-supply of the Prize.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any social media channel.

Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion are the responsibility of each Eligible Entrant and depend on the internet service provider used.

Determination of whether or not a customer is eligible for the Promotion will remain at the discretion of the Promoter (to be exercised reasonably and in accordance with the terms and conditions), and their decision will be final and binding.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend the Promotion at any time without notice. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Promotion and withhold the Prize in the event that, in the Promoter's

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

inaccurate or incorrect transcription of participant information.
purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received but are late, illegible or incomplete.
any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or networks, servers or providers, computer equipment or software.
the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service, whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the internet or at any website.
unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Promotion.
electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
any loss suffered or sustained to person or property, including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss, arising in connection with the supply of the Prize; or
any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer, related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.

The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize, except to the extent directly caused by the Promoter's negligence.
