Key updates from Qantas (Updated July 2025)

Qantas has recently made changes to how schedule changes are handled through NDC. These updates are designed to improve consistency and streamline rebooking — which means fewer disruptions for you as a traveller.

Here’s what’s new:

Automatic rebooking options: If your NDC booking is affected by a schedule change, Qantas will now automatically offer alternative flight options that align with their Schedule Change Policy. These free options will appear when we re-shop your itinerary, helping us get you sorted faster.
10-day window to make changes: If you're not happy with the updated flight time, there’s now a 10-day window to choose another option before standard fees may apply. We’ll manage this for you and make sure everything’s handled within the right timeframes.
