Corporate Traveller named Customer Champion by Australian Financial Review  

According to the Australian Financial Review, the Customer Champions list established leaders in creating value for customers and shareholders, across ASX200 companies, multinationals, new businesses and government agencies. 

“A Customer Champion is an organisation that has succeeded in purposefully delivering outstanding customer value and experiences while simultaneously growing revenue and shareholder returns,” the AFR said. 

“The Customer Champions list celebrates those organisations that generate value for both customers and shareholders – and understand how they have imagined and operated their businesses to achieve this dual success.

“Qualifying entries were evaluated against the three dimensions that define a Customer Champion: the ability to deliver distinctive customer value, the ability to deliver attractive shareholder value, and a distinctive approach to doing business."
