The Promoter
- The promoter is Australian OpCo Pty Ltd t/a Corporate Traveller, ABN 20 003 279 534 of Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane Queensland 4101 ("Promoter").
Conditions of Entry
- Information about the Offer and how to redeem forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions by each entrant.
- Entry is open to Australian Companies, or Australian residents aged over 18 years old applying on behalf of an Australian company, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions (“Eligible Companies”).
- Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited Australian OpCo Py Ltd t/a Corporate Traveller, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, franchisees and their immediate families are not permitted to receive this Offer.
Duration of Promotion Period
- The promotion will commence 12:00am AEST Thursday 12th February 2026 and will continue until 11:59pm AEST on Monday 31st March 2026 ("Promotion Period").
How to receive the free onboarding
- To enter this promotion, Eligible Companies must go to https://www.corporatetraveller.com.au/en-au/join-easy-as and enquire about becoming a new Corporate Traveller customer and join Corporate Traveller as a CTGo, CT Go+ or Savi Custom customer by completing the onboarding process and signing an agreed upon schedule of fees during the Promotion Period.
- Eligible Companies who enter the promotion as required above will receive:
- all Corporate Traveller onboarding and implementation fees (including fees for add ons) waived; and
- a customised visual travel policy valued at $250 + GST.
(“Offer”)
- The onboarding and implementation fees will be waived at the time the account is opened and is applicable to any level and type of account opened with Corporate Traveller.
- The customised visual travel policy will be set up by the Corporate Traveller team during onboarding. Corporate Traveller will request information about the Eligible Customer’s specific travel program. Once the required information is provided by the Eligible Company during onboarding, Corporate Traveller will create a visual example of their travel policy which can be used by the Eligible Company to share with their travellers.
- New Corporate Traveller customers only, this Offer cannot be applied for a current customer of Corporate Traveller. Previous customers who are rejoining are eligible.
- Eligible Companies will be deemed to be accepted at the time of the promotion selection.
- Eligible Companies who receive the Offer will be considered final by Corporate Traveller.
- Any costs associated with accessing the promotion are the responsibility of each Eligible Company and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
- If the Eligible Company does not accept the Offer, Corporate Traveller is not obliged to provide the Eligible Company with a substitute offer.
- If the Eligible Company does not provide the information required to create the customised visual travel policy, Corporate Traveller is not obliged to provide the Eligible Company with the customised visual travel policy.
- The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, redeemed refunded or exchanged for any other benefit.
General
- The personal information of persons enquiring about the promotion will be collected to enable Corporate Traveller to administer this. Entrants agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available at: (https://www.corporatetraveller.com.au/en-au/privacy).
- The personal information of the Eligible Customers receiving the Offer may be provided to others assisting, including suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this promotion.
- The above conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the travel credit supplied again.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any social media channel.
- Determination of whether or not an entrant is eligible to receive the Offer will remain at the discretion of the Promoter, and their decision will be final and binding.
- Corporate Traveller reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend the Offer at any time without notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
- inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
- any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
- the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
- unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; or
- electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition.
