Can you describe a moment when your travel expertise saved a client time, money, or major stress?

A client had their travel managed by an admin team, with bookings made directly and charged to a department lead’s company credit card. Another team member was then left tracking airline credits and reconciling expenses each month. After reviewing their setup, I suggested moving to a Corporate Traveller line of credit so all travel charges appeared on one clear monthly statement with job codes, departments, and traveller names. The admin team gained days back each month!

What's your #1 business travel tip? Seats can make or break a flight. Select your seat as early as possible rather than waiting until check-in. It makes the whole journey far more comfortable!

Can you describe a moment when your travel expertise saved a client time, money, or major stress? We had a client's mine unexpectedly shut down with 150 staff on-site. Within three hours, we amended all bookings so staff were on a flight back home within 48 hours. Our proactive approach to cost management included strategically reissuing tickets or securing refunds wherever possible, which significantly reduced the financial impact on our client during this critical situation.
